This is a silver tone metal buckle with a tooled scroll design, marked: Comstock Silver, made by Comstock Silversmiths, in the 1970s. There is a name and date engraved on the back. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use.
