Description: Here's a vintage 1940's tin litho noise maker with clown motif. This "Life of the Party" noise maker with red wooden handle. It was made by Kirchof of Newark, New Jersey. Condition is good for age with no dents or dings and good graphics. There are some minor scratches as might be expected due to age. The noise maker measures 3 5/8 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches tall.
