Description: I recently acquired a lot of machinist tooling, which included this Starrett No. 196 back plunger indicator. As seen in picture the glass / bezel has fallen out. I’m not sure if it could be simply popped back in or what the exact issue is. This is the way I found it in the tool box. The dial indicator itself still actuates very smoothy, and repeatable. Overall it appears to be in great condition and very clean besides the glass being popped out.
