Based on entries from the Library of Congress "Catalog of Copyright Entries" this appears to be a product of Judith E James of James Creative Glass, early 1970s. Stands approximately 7-7/8" tall and 3" in diameter at the top rim. Excellent preowned condition with no chips or cracks; however, there are two spots of scratching (see last two photos). Wrapped in bubble wrap for boxed shipment with USPS Mail. Display aids not included.
