Description: A stunning L.E. Smith Glass Company translucent sand scroll convertible candlemaster set. The candle holder takes a standard 1" taper, the insert will take either a 2" or 3" pillar candle, or the set could be turned upside down, making the insert the base and allowing the pieces to take a jumbo 3 1/2" candle. The rim and sides are textured and smooth on the base and the centers. When put together, they measure approximately 3 3/4" high and 4 1/4" in diameter. The L.E. Smith Glass Company in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania was in operation from 1907 until it ceased production in 2004. It is known for producing the first headlight lens for the Model T Ford.
