This was included on a page that had a Halloween napkin and invitation to a Halloween event for Juniors and Seniors at Waynesboro High School in Waynesboro Mississippi dated on the scrapbook page as October 31st 1941. (See photos of scrapbook) This noisemaker is amazing. Truly a rare piece of Holiday history. Condition: Does have a piece of tape over the middle section (used to secure noisemaker to scrapbook page), and one “tiny” hole on the right side wing.
