Description: Hey y'all! Got a nice shadowbox from COOR's. There are two thumscrews on the bottom and then the frame swings up to change picture. The bulb resides in the bottom with a cardboard scene inserted into a slot at back of the box and curves toward the front and attacks to the inside front behind metal tabs. Image is in excellent condition. I peeked behind it and it is blank on the other side. There is another sign for sale here with a different scene. The bulb needs to be replaced. I found one locally. It's a F25T12D28 for $16 they only have a few left. Apparently these are getting harder to find. I had to call around and found some at an old hardware store that's been in business since 1962. Anyway, sign is in very good shape. A little bit of surface rust inside bottom edge. A 1" crack on the back right corner (unseen). Gold plating is aging and seems to have some spotting around the COOR's logo. Can be remedied by applying gold self adhesive vinyl. The gold stripe around the frame could be replaced with pinstripe the same width from the big automotive stores. This is a great opportunity for an easy clean-up and restoration. You can even upgrade this to LED and print out your own signs that you can change for your store or 'Chef's Special' or drink menus. Will be packed with furniture foam and double boxed for protection. Price will go up if I end up restoring myself. Check my Feedback!
