Description: Vintage CHANEL No 22 45ml 1.5 Oz Refillable & Parfum Spray .25 Oz RARE Vintage A very nice set of rare White & Gold refillable decorative containers holding Chanel No 22 scent bottles, in very nice condition. Chanel N°22 whose composition is based on white flowers, is invited to symbolize White Look. The perfect, classical, silky fragrance of this perfume is of exceptional quality, potent and long lasting, perfect for melding with your own unique chemistry. The nose behind this fragrance is Ernest Beaux. Top notes are Aldehydes, Neroli, Lily, Tuberose, Lily-of-the-Valley and Orange Blossom; middle notes are Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, White Rose and Nutmeg; base notes are Iris, Vanilla and Vetiver. It is believed that this composition, numbered 22, was amongst other presented to Coco Chanel by Ernest Beaux, but as her first perfume she chose the composition no.5. Chanel N°22 was launched in 1922, a year after the famous Chanel N°5. Both containing a good amount of Parfum and spray cologne scents. Outside box has wear as show, presentation box has been well preserved. At first I did not know if the display containers could be opened safely but I have since noticed another listing that shows the interior amounts so that is now shown in the last photo, the cologne is fairly full, the perfume is silver canister so you can not see through the canister however when I shake it it appears full, I have offered to help a friend sell a few of her perfumes that belong to her mom as they need funds to help financially right now.
