The lamp surface has a series of different shapes on all sides, some form depressions, while others form extensions of the overall lamp surface. We are uncertain as to the maker. No shade present - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own. MEAUREMENTS: Approx. 13.5" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket) x 4.5" wide x 3.5" deep. CONDITION: Excellent condition - the lamp body is free from chips, cracks, scratches, breaks, repairs, etc. It has been freshly rewired with all new components for safety. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order.
