Vintage 50s Danish Zoo Line Owl Corkscrew Bottle Opener, Denmark

Description: Vintage 50s Danish Zoo Line Owl Corkscrew Bottle Opener. The owl is made of wood but I am not sure what kind of wood it is. Beady black eyes with a lower wood nose. Leather ears on the top.The owl is sitting on a perch with a chain. It opens up on the bottom to a corkscrew. There is a little plastic insert that goes over the corkscrew that allows the top to fit nicely into the bottom. On the back is a slot for opening beer caps. The head turns all the way around. Not sure if the head comes off but I did not want to break it if it did not. The owl itself is in nice shape but the fragile leather ears have wear. One ear has more wear than the other Please see the photos. Measures intact about 6" tall by about 2 1/2" at the base. It is fully marked on the reverse. Great conversational piece to add to your bar or gift to someone. Combined Shipping is always welcome when possible. Most of my items are vintage in nature and I have had for years.
