Description: Here is a vintage 1950s tin lithographed noise maker with red stained wood handle and clown motif. This is a "Life of the Party" noise maker made by Kirchhof, Newark, N.J., made in USA. Condition is good for its age, no dents or dings, good colorful graphics, with only minor slight scratches and discolorations (see pictures).
