Description: Super cute vintage day dress from the 1940s! Soft, drapey and spongey sheer rayon in cute navy and white print of vertical wavy stripes. Bloused bodice and slightly a-line skirt with a slightly curved waist seam. Wide rounded lapels and bright white cuffed sleeves. Buttons all the way up with large self buttons with white edging. No labels, no closures. Thread belt loop but no belt. Good condition, yellowing around white edge of buttons, some buttons show more wear than others. Hem is falling in back. Small hole at bodice, almost underneath the lapel. Some tiny holes and mini snags on skirt, close to the bottom hem, most on the back. One just below back waist seam. Very faint color bleed on some of the seams, probably from the thread. You really have to look closely to even notice it, it blends in. 45” long 17” shoulder to waist seam 46 bust 34 waist, straight 18” shoulder seam to seam 9” long sleeves
