Description: these cod jigs are all cast and painted n my shop. I use component systems vinyl paint, 1- base coat and a second color coat and then a clear top coat for a bright, tuff paint finish. Eyes are from Reading, and the swivels are from Rosco. Hooks are 4 & 6oz have a 5/0 treble hook 8,10 and 12 oz have a 7/0 treble hook, 14,17,21, and 25 all have a 9/0 treble hooks. all hooks have a tubing on them. The molds were made using a Norwegian cod jigs as a model. This is our business not our Hobby; I have been making and selling tackle for 35+ years. I sell hundreds of cod jigs every year,( or used to hopefully they will lift the limits this year.) with many going to Charter Captains as well as Commercial boats. I do these cod jigs in sizes from 4 to 25 oz and a couple other styles as well.
