Description: TRPP Milk Bottle Pinecroft Dairy Willard Keith West Boylston MA WORCESTER COUNTY Here is a nice tall round green color pyro pyroglazed pint milk bottle from the Pinecroft Dairy Farm Dairy Farms Dairy Farms Farm that once was operated by Mr. Willard F. Keith and his family and located in historic West Boylston MA Mass. Massachusetts in Worcester Co. County MA. Pyro is different front and back. Front says, "Quality Milk Pinecroft Dairy W. F. Keith". Back has a picture of two school kids and says, "Milk for Health". This authentic milk bottle is in excellent condition with no cracks, dings, chips, or casewear. The pyro is complete and bright. A nice addition for the collector of West Boylston MA Mass. Massachusetts or Worcester Co. County MA milk bottles. I have been told that this is a very hard to find milk bottle from West Boylston MA. LAUREL HILL DAIRYLaurel Hill Farm was established by Peter Hendricks at a location on Glenwood Road, Rutland, about 1939. In 1949, Hendricks sold out to Charles E. "Charlie" and Harold Keith who continued the operation as Laurel Hill Dairy at the junction of Route 122A and Pleasantdale Road, Rutland. Harold Keith left the business early and moved to Arizona. In 1955, Charlie moved the operation to 18 Frederickson Ave., Holden and arranged for milk to be processed and bottled at his brother Willard's Pinecroft Dairy in West Boylston. After the Pinecroft Dairy plant closed about 1965, milk was processed and bottled at Sunrise Dairy in Holden until 1973, when that dairy also ceased operations. From that point until the end of operations, Laurel Hill Dairy milk was bottled at the Lundgren and Jonaitis plant in Shrewsbury. Charlie Keith continued to pedal milk to customers in Holden until at least 1980, making it the last Holden-based dairy to deliver milk in proprietary bottles. Bottles are found marked either Holden or Rutland. My Policies: Pyroglazed milk bottles come filled with white milk bottle beads or white polyfill. Embossed bottles are not filled with beads. Bottles come with original milk bottle caps. Caps will be from the same dairy only when available. Please bid with confidence.
