The set you receive may look different than the stock photos. ***Shipwreck Patina Finish***The shipwreck patina will naturally change based on usage, it is like a living finish that will continue to evolve due to dirt and oils on your hand and in the environment. I do apply a clear coat to seal the patina before engraving the scales, but you can do an additional clear coat to double up on it. Any clear coat will work and you can apply as often as you want.
