Description: Set of 6 George Schrade Knife Co, Bridgeport CT plastic knife handles. 4 1/4” long and 1” wide at widest point. 3/4” at tang end. All are the same with slight color variation. Note photo of front and back. Known as linoleum or brain handles. See last photo for an example of a knife using these handles. These are the back handle. These came from a warehouse that bought the remains of the factory that did contract work for Remington during the 1930s and 1940s. These were stored for many years in a large drum. They have been cleaned, but do have a musty odor. Multiple sets available.
