YOU MUST PROVIDE THE LINK AND I WILL EMBED THE CODE AND PRINT IT ON THE CARD. IN ADDITION, THE CODE WILL HAVE A SMALL PHOTO OF YOUR DOG PRINTED IN COLOR RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CODE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A LINK, I CANNOT PROVIDE THE QR CODE. ANOTHER OPTION FOR SCANNING IS YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION WHICH COULD INCLUDE THE REGISTRATION NUMBER. FOR INSTANCE UPON SCANNING THE CODE THE PERSON WILL BE SHOWN THE HANDLER'S ADDRESS, ETC.
