The fruit are a brilliant red, ribbed, and weigh up to 6 ounces each. They have thin skin, so you probably won’t see too many at farmers markets, but they have a wonderful flavor and are perfect for sauces, cooking, and canning! Do not plant out until 2 weeks after last frost. Tomato seeds require high soil temperatures for good germination rates. We highly recommend heat mats to ensure and speed up germination. Pot up to 3–4 inch pots when first true leaves develop (not cotyledon leaves). Harden off plants for 1-2 weeks in full sun before transplanting them outside (after last frost).
