It has some scuffs & scratches outside & inside the bucket! Other than that it seems to work fine! All four wheels roll fine! One is a little tight but rolls okay! The wringer pushes forward to ring out the mop! It is part of the bucket & is not removable! Look at all the photos closely & ask any questions you may have! Will ship within 24 hours!
