The outside is of cotton with in a bright sunflower design & sage green trim, inside is lined with a yellow cotton. This item would be fine to hand wash (would be best if ironed after). Great for keeping your tissues clean and neatly stored. I usually fold my tissues in thirds to make them fit properly.
