Description: This offering is for an antique circa 1930's Halloween Party Hat. The hat is made of lightweight cardstock and cone or dunce hat shaped. It's made of two pieces of cardstock joined with a seam up the back side. The orange half is shaped like an owl sitting on a branch and the way it sits against the black half looks like a crescent moon. The hat measures app. 9" in height and 6.5" in diameter. The original elastic string has come loose from one end and the hat has a couple of small creases but there are no rips, tears or other damage. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 8.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
