The cover and rotor included in this kit are Genuine Fairbanks Morse positive rotor to cover contact without brushes. The newer style cover included in this kit does use a brush and spring to make contact in the center of the rotor ( brush is included ) Please Note: The rotor included in this kit is new old stock Fairbanks Morse and does show signs of shelf age including patina and fading none of which effects use as new equipment.
