She is rescued by a peasant orphan boy, hiding in his tent and cunningly sending the Raja and all his retinue along the wrong path. The antelope thanks the orphan, this is seen by the servant of the rajah, who lagged behind the others (he picked up the coins that the antelope scattered in order to detain the hunters who were pursuing her) and demands that the boy tell him where the antelope lives. No persuasion helps, and then the servant of the raja decides to act through force, but the monkeys come to the aid of the boy, who shoot the servant with coconuts. A little later, the rajah in the palace complains that every rajah has something magical (the rajah in the north has a wooden horse flying through the air; the rajah in the south has a sorceress wife who turns into a bird; the rajah in the west has a magic wand) delivering food) and only he has nothing. The servant tells about the boy and the raja immediately orders to take him to the palace. When the servant and the soldiers find the boy, a tiger comes out of the forest. The warriors immediately climb onto the palm tree, and the servant, falling to his knees, begins to step on the tiger, then back away. Seeing this, the boy, wanting to help the servant, sits on his bull and drives the tiger away. However, instead of gratitude, the servant orders the soldiers to obey the order of the rajah. In the palace, the servant says that the boy attacked him like a wild leopard and the raja says that for this the boy must pay a fine - 10 gold coins. The boy says that he does not have that kind of money, but the raja is adamant and sets a condition that if the fine is not paid by sunrise, the boy will lose his head. He orders his servant to follow the boy's entire route in order to find out where the antelope lives. On the way, the boy saves the chicks from the cobra, pulls out two cubs from the pit, helps the elephant, pulling the spear out of its leg. In gratitude, the animals help him get to the antelope faster. Having learned the reason for the visit, the antelope gives him 10 gold coins, and also asks to make a pipe out of bamboo so that the boy can call it when needed. In the end, realizing that the boy will not be in time for his allotted time, he offers to give him a lift. In the meantime, morning comes. The Raja, waiting for the gold coins, walks nervously around the window. Finally the boy brings him money, and the raja begins to demand that the boy tell him where the antelope lives. He even tries to bribe him with affection, promising to make him a minister, even higher than himself, but to no avail, and then the raja orders to cut off the boy's head.
