It will need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The springs need to be replaced. The bushings might be ok. It comes with a pendulum leader with suspension spring. The plate is stamped Gilbert Clock Co Winsted. Conn. U.S.A. The plates measure about 5-3/16" by 3-9/16". The distance between plates is about 1-3/8". The center to center distance between the winding arbors is about 3-1/8" and 2" between winding and center arbor. Sold as is. Please see pictures. Please refer to pictures for more information.
