The item must not have been used within these 30 days, othewise returns policy is null and void. Change of mind returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned to us in NEW condition, and be wrapped up the same as received. Any item that is not sent back in this way will not be accepted upon its return. Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the item, and then organise the refund/exchange/store credit. The refund amount will also be minus the original postage charge to you. For items that have "free shipping" as freight charge, (amount to be determinded based on what was paid orginially) will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original freight expenses.
