THE BUST IS FULLY IN SILK AND TOPPED IN THICK BRIGHT SHINING METALLIC GOLD BRAID WITH RIBBON SHOULDER STRAPS AT THE TOP AND A REAR CLOSURE. A WIDE BAND OF SILK RIBBON ENCIRCLES THE FRONT SKIRTING WITH TAILS OF THE SILK FALLING DOWN THE REAR AND SNAPPING CLOSED AT THE BOTTOM. THE SILK AT THE BOTTOM HAS A DENTAL STITCH AND IS FULLY SCALLOPED. CONDITION: NOTE THE CONDITION OF THIS DRESS. THE BASE IS STRONG BUT THE ENTIRE SILK TULLE IS IN NEED OF REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT.
