Once you order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. If you selected a signed for or next day delivery service this will also contain your tracking number. All orders where 'free' delivery was selected will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class. Please note: Larger bulky orders such as swimsuits ect will NOT fit through a letterbox. Therefore if you have not received your order please contact your local sorting office to see if your order has been taken there. Overseas Delivery Orders for overseas customers are sent using Royal Mail airmail. This is NOT a traceable service. If you require your order to be tracked please select this at the checkout. Please allow 5-10 working days for European orders and upto 25 working days for international. Should you not be happy with the fit of your item you may return it within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. Returning an item for an exchange If you require an exchange for another size and/or different item please return the item (at your cost) to the address on the packing slip.
