Description: This is a fun Dantes or Dan Tes Sculpture on a marble base. They put the Dan on the left shoulder and the Tes on the right so my little joke it that this is Dan Tes. I have had this piece a number of years ago on a wood base and I used to put cone incense inside and the smoke would rise out of the hole at the top of his cap. He measures base included 18" wide 14"tall . 12" tall without the base This one is nicer than my other and it does not sit flush on the marble as the casting is bowed out at the ends and this is normal for this piece. It balances perfectly on the marble base. The base is rough cut on bottom and not smooth polished like the top. There are a couple others on this site you can compare mine and see it is a better casting with great detail no holes in the face. I am shipping it in two parcels so I am putting a $40 handling charge as I do not know how to do calculated shipping on two parcels in a single sale.
