Description: A blue and white hand-painted moulded pearlware jug, c. 1800. It is unmarked to the underside and is of cabbage-leaf moulded form with a mask spout. Size: 9" tall. Condition: Six foot chips, chipping and rubbing to the spout tip, small rim chip, slight rubbing and chipping to handle and a 3.5" vertical crack from the rim that then turns by ninety degrees for another 3".
