Description: An original Batchelder Pottery glazed bird tile from 1910-1920. Impressed with Batchelder label on backside. It has an orange-brownish glaze with a turquoise background. The tile appears to be unmounted with very little wear overall, possibly a tile sample. No cracks, large chips, repairs, etc…just light surface wear from age/handling. Please see all photos for condition. A fine example to add to your early California tile collection! Approximately 4” x 4” Ships well packed and fully insured!!!
