Description: Up for sale is a vintage 1976 Mongoose Motomag BMX bike that has been well-preserved and maintained. This iconic BMX bike was a game-changer in the industry and paved the way for modern-day BMX bikes. The bike features the classic Mongoose Motomag wheels and is perfect for collectors or anyone who loves vintage BMX bikes. The bike has been kept in excellent shape and is ready for its new owner to enjoy. 1976 Mongoose Motomag short frame Survivor. Does have new, correct repop decal set. All parts original to bike, except decals as mentioned and maybe a tire. Orig chain no good, but will add a new Izumi chain for new owner. All parts have proper dates stamped. Only caveat is, the serial # was removed at some point, and a hole for a kickstand(?) was added. Motomag 1 wheels are OG to bike and have been serviced/greased. Bike in nice shape, even has original clear Hunt Wilde grips and period correct handlebar/stem pads. This is a really solid example. I’m a Ebay seller since 2000.
