Included in the content are the locations of the proposed automobile roads, distances, costs, legislation, resources, climates,tourists, mines, industries benefitted, per capita consumption, endorsers, government committees, and other information. It was written by C. C. Garland, the Chairman of the Alaska Development Committee. The letter's size is 8 1/2" by 11", and it's in used condition with wear, paper damages and discoloring as seen in the photos.
