Description: To my eyes, this doll looks very much like the Ideal Shirley Temple doll but is not marked and I’ve never been able to correctly identify her. She has blue tin eyes. She has her lashes, but her right lashes appear more sparse. Her mohair wig is original but has lost its set and is very sparse. The wig is blonde and has a slightly pink tint to it. I chose not to replace it. I try to keep it under control with hair pins. In my opinion, the composition has held up fairly well. This doll still has her original dancing dress and one piece undergarment. Both garments close with a safety pin and have age related wear. I added her old worn Mary Jane style shoes and socks. She’s been a part of my personal collection for ten years or so and displayed in a glass cabinet. Please look closely at all pictures and feel free to ask questions.
