Description: For your consideration Antique velvet drop waist flapper dress with attached waist sash, fixed bow & rhinestone buckle. Beautiful peach blush color. The bodice has a cotton muslin under layer giving it durability. Lots of hand stitched details. Some sections have a silk crepe lining. No pockets or fastenings. Fits over the head like a size Small. Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall excellent dress. Structurally feels solid. Normal flaws for era - sold as is. The silk crepe lining does show shatter, but not much of the dress was lined with it. Minor seam separation at underarms and sash. Missing rhinestones in the buckle. Normal surface wear & pile loss. Small tear at left underarm. The right skirt pleat is not attached on one end - needs a tack so it sits properly. Has faint discoloration in areas, mainly the muslin lining. Presents beautifully.
